Prior to her appointment as interim Chief Financial Officer, Amanda Mobley has served as Accounting Director with Shimmick and its predecessors since 2011. With 18 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and auditing, Ms. Mobley has managed teams overseeing monthly close, forecasting, planning, and internal controls. She has a deep understanding and long history of working with project managers to improve project results. Ms. Mobley also served as Audit Manager in Financial Services at KPMG, where she managed multiple engagements including OppenheimerFunds, KRG Capital, LLC, and ING Funds.

Ms. Mobley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
