Todd Yoder serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Shimmick. Mr. Yoder has over 20 years of public company finance leadership experience, with more than 15 years of those years in global infrastructure, heavy civil, energy and chemicals, mining and metals, nuclear, government, advanced manufacturing, and life sciences. Mr. Yoder has expertise spanning accounting, tax, treasury, project risk management, capital markets, project finance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, digital transformation, strategic planning, estimating, and project controls.

Before joining Shimmick, Mr. Yoder served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for S&B USA. Prior to S&B USA, he served more than 12 years in global corporate finance at Fluor Corporation working across all business segments and with multiple disciplines. Earlier in his career, beginning in 2005, Mr. Yoder held finance leadership roles with Elevance Health, Zimmer Biomet, and Capitol Bancorp Ltd.

Mr. Yoder holds undergraduate degrees from both Indiana University and Goshen College, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
