Project Work Includes: Select demolition of the existing pumping plant structure, including structural, mechanical, and electrical components; the existing Pump House will remain in place; A new pump support structure founded on steel pipe piles; An access road from Garden Highway to the pumping plant facility; A fish screen unit with integral brush cleaning system and retrieval system; A log boom located in the Sacramento River; One mixed flow irrigation pump, with adjustable frequency drive, and motor; Discharge piping extending from the new pump to an aboveground flowmeter located adjacent to the existing Pump House and connecting to existing discharge piping through the levee; replacement of piping up-and-over the levee is by others (future work); Electrical, controls, and lighting for the pumping plant facility; Miscellaneous auxiliary equipment and Site improvements.
